7-A-Side Soccer Tournament – CANCELLED

The Pandemic continues….Based on guidelines of the Provincial Health Authority and ViaSport, all contact sports have been temporarily suspended in light of growing concerns and evolving nature of COVID-19.

Our 7-Aside Soccer Tournament which was scheduled for July 18th now remains cancelled.

This tournament garnered great enthusiasm among our community and it was becoming a crowd favorite.  It brought the GOA community together for a fun-filled day of competitive enthusiasm from both the players participating and the cheering supporters.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our Sponsor for this event Transoft Solutions and we look forward to their continued support next year.  We would like to thank the teams who were looking forward to a competitive tournament.

To all our GOA community members –  Sadly we can’t find a way to make it safe to make this event happen this year.  But we will be back next year for sure.

Till then,  stay safe, stay resilient and optimistic.  This too shall pass.  Be well.
